For nickel-gold cores, is coating required during the winding process? Dry coating and wet coating are available.

1. Each machine comes with one set of winding cores (custom size specified by the customer).

2. Winding specifications: Inner diameter 8-30mm, outer diameter <40mm, width 5-15mm; Nanocrystalline thickness: 18-35μm.

3. Manual/semi-automatic winding; winding speed adjusted according to the strip material,speed approximately 0-1500 rpm.

4. Set the number of winding turns as required (count turns to 999).

5. Automatically detect the outer diameter of the product (outer diameter error less than ±0.1mm).

6. Welding after winding using a welding machine.

7. Automatic alarm and centralized display for any abnormalities or material shortages.

8. Continuous tape feeding; tension control structure ensures product tightness and size consistency; tension is adjustable.
