- Advanced Material Pretreatment & Thermal Homogeneity To combat fluid stratification and the settling of heavy mineral fillers, the KX-900PM features isolated, heavy-duty stainless steel reservoirs available in 10L, 25L, 40L, and 60L capacities. Each barrel utilizes integrated, variable-speed mechanical agitators paired with perimeter heating plates on the container walls. This synchronized thermal-agitation process lowers fluid viscosity uniformly, preventing localized overheating and ensuring a chemically homogeneous compound prior to metering.
- Closed-Loop Constant Temperature Regulation Recognizing that ambient factory temperature fluctuations alter fluid hydraulics, the platform maintains a closed-loop, constant-temperature heating network across the entire fluid pathway, including the storage barrels, precision metering pumps, and internal transport lines. This precise thermal stabilization guarantees unwavering fluid viscosity and volumetric repeatability regardless of external climate shifts.
- Negative-Pressure Automated Loading & Vacuum Degassing The system minimizes manual material handling and ambient contamination through an automated vacuum-suction draw mechanism. By inserting a reinforced suction hose into the bulk supply drums, negative pressure automatically transfers the raw polymer into the stainless steel reservoirs.
