Technical requirements

Fully automatic winding, without damaging the wire, the number of coils can be set, and the number of coils is accurate.

Power supply: Single-phase AC 220V 50Hz (power cord configuration: 5 meters).

Air pressure: 5-6 kgf/cm2 (black piping, length 5 meters, the equipment comes with a filter regulator).

Total power: Startup power 3KW, working power 1KW.

Noise is below 70dB/m (test standard: measured at a height of 1.2m and a distance of 1m).

PLC can store at least 100 types of product programs.

In case of PLC damage due to electrical current, a non-voltage connection point (0V connection contact) needs to be reserved on the equipment.

Continuous operation for 10 hours. It is recommended to stop for at least 1 hour (the stop is a stop without winding).
