The machine body is made of advanced castings of high quality resin sand, and the base is welded seamlessly by steel plate, with large bearing capacity, noise and vibration reduction, and increased stability of the machine. Use the imported rails and screws with high machine positioning accuracy. Each step of spindle assembly has to be subject to the rigorous quality control to achieve higher speed, lower noise, longer life, easy replacement of models with calling appropriate procedures and replacing fixture only.

- Adopt domestic brand motors, screw and rail.

- Imported/AirTAC cylinder and domestic famous brand solenoid valve are adopted.

- Use of high-performance DSP multi-axis motion controller.

- Spindles use Japan NSK high-speed bearings, and GATES belt.

- The main shaft and each dimension adopt AC servo motor, the running speed and positioning speed of each shaft are fast and accurate, and the terminal winding can be realized in both vertical and horizontal directions.

- Replacement of winding varieties: just call the programmed program in the machine and replace the fixture.

- Thread treatment: a: pull off or blade cut, scissors cut; b: The waste cable falls into the waste cable trough.

- Programming method: touch screen programming, providing human-computer interactive visual capital system, to achieve the programming effect.

- This model is automatic feeding. 3 sets of independent XYZU axes, with multiple methods and convenient debugging.

Packaging Material: Carton/Wooden case with foam inside.

1. General package(Paper carton or plastic bag): For small euipped parts for Eight Spindle Motor Coil Winding Machine, Package it with form and pack paper to guarantee unbroken during the transport.

2. Wooden case package: For larger scale Eight Spindle Motor Coil Winding Machine ,we have special skilled carpenter, who would make the proper wooden case with exact thickness, density, length. The up arrow ↑marked on the outer wooden case.

Buffer material would be put in the wooden case to prevent crack and shock.
