The KXY-600WT Double Heads Winding and Taping Machine is a heavy-duty, multi-servo industrial workstation designed for the concurrent processing of large-scale toroidal cores and heavy magnetic components. Engineered to handle large-gauge conductors and substantial structural payloads, this platform integrates high-torque wire layering and high-density insulation wrapping into a single, automated manufacturing hub. It eliminates the logistical bottlenecks of shifting heavy, semi-finished inductors between separate production cells.

The workstation features an independent dual-head configuration driven by three dedicated AC servo motors that coordinate the winding spindle, tape distribution, and active wire-guiding assemblies. Both processing heads are equipped with motorized vertical lifting and horizontal displacement axes, creating a wide operational clearance that allows overhead factory cranes to easily stage massive core loads up to 80 kg. Capable of handling thick wire profiles from 0.7 mm to 2.5 mm across large toroidal geometries up to 450 mm in outer diameter, the KXY-600WT provides power electronics manufacturers with a rugged, high-capacity system that delivers tight layer registration, uniform insulation boundaries, and complete processing flexibility.

1. Both winding head and taping head come with electric forward/backward and lifting functions, enabling easy loading of iron cores and semi-finished coils by overhead crane.
2. Equipped with electric core clamping structure to fast adjust for various coil sizes and improve production efficiency.
3. Three optional working modes: linkage of winding & taping, winding only, taping only. It can finish winding and insulation wrapping synchronously, or switch to independent single winding or single taping separately.
4. Under linkage working mode, the taping head automatically follows winding speed for synchronous insulation wrapping without mutual interference, simple to operate.
5. The wire storage ring is fitted with automatic wire guide and auto wire arranging system, supporting simultaneous winding of multiple wires in different diameters.
6. Two groups of active wire arrangers with core rotating structure adopt electric rocker clamping mechanism, equipped with front handwheel travel regulator and automatic elastic wire tensioner.
