The KXY-380 3-Axis Camless CNC Flat Wire Vertical Winding Machine is a masterpiece of KIOXIA LIGHT RING EQUIPMENT GROUP CO.,LTD with 19 years of deep cultivation in the winding equipment field. Tailor-made for the flat wire winding process, it adopts a camless design and servo independent control technology, completely eliminating the pain points of complicated debugging and insufficient precision of traditional equipment.
Integrating high-end Japanese transmission parts and a high-resolution servo drive system, the equipment achieves micron-level control of winding angle and wire feeding precision. It can stably process flat wires with a cross-section of ≤50mm² with unlimited wire feeding length. It is suitable for vertical winding of various products such as air core coils, toroidal inductors and common mode chokes, and serves as core equipment for large-scale and high-precision production of flat wire windings.

Adopting a customized servo independent control system with a camless mechanical structure, it abandons the cumbersome cam debugging process of traditional equipment. Product model change parameters can be set quickly, and even new operators can master the operation fast, which greatly reduces training costs and production changeover time, and adapts to flexible production needs of multi-variety and small-batch manufacturing.
2. Imported Core Components for Dual Guarantee of Precision and Stability
Equipped with Japanese THK linear guide rails and Japanese NSK bearings, it eliminates operational deviations in the transmission link and effectively ensures overall motion precision and long-term stability of the machine.
Adopting a high-resolution servo motor with precise torsion angle control, the curling axis adjustment precision reaches 0.01°, and the lift axis adjustment precision reaches 0.1°, providing winding consistency far superior to conventional industry equipment.
3. Precision Wire Feeding Structure for Further Upgraded Winding Precision
The wire feeding box is integrally formed of cast iron, processed by high-temperature annealing and natural aging to completely eliminate material stress. Combined with high-precision ground gears, it ensures wire feeding precision from the source and avoids offset and jamming of flat wires during feeding.
The independently developed high-precision spindle greatly reduces runout error, meets high inner diameter precision requirements of various air core coils, and fits processing standards for high-voltage and high-frequency magnetic components.
4. Rational Structural Design for Industrial Production
The vertical winding structure fits the layout of industrial production lines. The equipment covers a small area (1200*1250mm) with a total weight of about 350kg, facilitating production line planning and equipment relocation. The three-phase 220V input voltage is compatible with industrial power standards of most countries, and the total power is only 5KW, which saves energy and reduces production and operation costs.
