KXZ-W10 Pressure-Applied Synchronous Tape Wrapping Machine 

The KXZ-W10 is a professional pressure-applied synchronous tape wrapping machine independently developed by KIOXIA LIGHT RING EQUIPMENT GROUP CO.,LTD., a high-tech enterprise with 28 years of experience in winding equipment manufacturing. Targeted at the automatic insulation tape wrapping of electronic transformers, this machine replaces traditional manual tape wrapping with an integrated automatic operation system, featuring stable synchronous control and precise pressing performance. It adopts a compact industrial design, combines electrical and pneumatic drive, and realizes efficient, standardized and high-quality tape wrapping for small and medium-sized transformers, which is an ideal automated equipment for electronic component processing and transformer production lines. 

This machine supports fully automatic tape application and wrapping, with upper and lower motors running synchronously to complete tape wrapping and pressing simultaneously, ensuring firm and even tape attachment. It is equipped with an automatic tape take-up system, supporting angle selection (0°, 90°, 180°, 270°) and adjustable wrapping turns to meet diverse process requirements. The fixture can adjust size automatically, greatly improving production efficiency and reducing manual adjustment time. It is universally compatible with all electronic product transformers, and the built-in pressing-rotating assembly and large turntable assembly effectively solve the problems of low efficiency, uneven wrapping and high labor cost in manual operation. The KXZ-W10 is mainly used in the insulation tape wrapping process of EE10-EE50 series electronic transformers, and is widely applied in professional transformer manufacturing plants, electronic component processing enterprises, and automated electronic production lines. General package(Paper carton or plastic bag): For small equipped parts for Digital CNC Wire Coil Winding Machine, Package it with form and pack paper to guarantee unbroken during the transport. 2.Wooden case package: For larger scale Digital CNC Wire Coil Winding Machine ,we have special skilled carpenter, who would make the proper wooden case with exact thickness, density,length. The up arrow ↑marked on the outer wooden case. Buffer material would be put in the wooden case to prevent crack and shock.
