KXD-S22 Double Arm Sleeve Winding Machine is a high-performance automatic winding equipment independently developed for transformer coil production. It adopts a double robotic arm structure and is equipped with a KIOXIA dedicated control system to achieve high-efficiency and stable winding production.

Automatic sleeve threading, precision winding, interlayer insulation taping, barrier tape positioning, and tape folding in one machine.
One winding cycle takes about 8 seconds (depending on the process).
Supports single-machine production or multi-unit networking: 2-unit, 4-unit, 8-unit flexible combination.
Compatible with single-line, double-line, three-line, four-line threading models.
Suitable for enameled wire, insulated wire, stranded wire, silk-covered wire, FIW wire, and triple-insulated wire.

1. General package(Paper carton or plastic bag): For small euipped parts for Eight Spindle Motor Coil Winding Machine, Package it with form and pack paper to guarantee unbroken during the transport.
2. Wooden case package: For larger scale Eight Spindle Motor Coil Winding Machine ,we have special skilled carpenter, who would make the proper wooden case with exact thickness, density, length. The up arrow ↑marked on the outer wooden case.
Buffer material would be put in the wooden case to prevent crack and shock.
