The design emphasizes both efficiency and simplicity, with high precision achieved through a structure built primarily from cast components.

Multi-axis Machine:

• Typical cycle time – Under normal conditions, completing one winding takes about 25 seconds, though the actual duration may vary depending on the specific winding process.
• Scalable production setup – A single machine can operate independently, or multiple units can be linked to form a complete production line. Depending on the product process requirements, machines can be combined in groups of 2, 4, 8, or other quantities, and just as easily separated. This enables a highly flexible and adaptable online production configuration.
• Available model variants – Three models are offered: 12‑axis with 50.7 mm wheelbase, 12‑axis with 61.2 mm wheelbase, and 12‑axis with 72 mm wheelbase.
• Standard configuration – The basic setup includes 12 coating positions and 12 fixtures, allowing one transformer winding to be completed per cycle. Programming is straightforward and user‑friendly. When threading the bushing, no debugging is required - positioning is fully automatic.
