The KXY-650 Current Transformer Toroidal Coil Winding Machine is an industrial-grade, heavy-duty manufacturing platform engineered for the high-precision winding of large-scale current transformers, heavy power inductors, and utility-grade magnetic cores. Built to handle heavy structural loads and large-diameter conductors, this robust workstation combines a high-torque servo powertrain with a heavy-capacity gear drive ring to deliver uniform layer distribution across demanding toroidal profiles.

The architecture of the KXY-650 is centered around an open, full-tooth large gear ring transmission system fitted with a 440 mm wire storage magazine. Driven by high-power, dual-axis AC servo motors and governed by a Kinco PLC and 7-inch HMI touchscreen interface, the system processes magnet wire gauges from 0.7 mm to 2.5 mm on massive cores up to 650 mm in outer diameter and 150 kg in total mass. Featuring high angular resolution accurate to 0.1 turn with automatic reverse-turn reduction, the KXY-650 gives power electronics and instrument transformer manufacturers a reliable, high-yield production cell that maximizes wire packing density, stabilizes layer pitch, and ensures strict ratio accuracy across heavy component runs.

1. The winding head is equipped with a wire storage ring of 440 mm outer diameter. It adopts an open full-tooth large gear ring transmission structure. The gear ring opens and closes quickly and stably, featuring low operating noise and long service life.
2. The wire arranger (driving wheel) adopts a set of two manual rocker arm structures, plus an additional front manual forward/backward adjusting structure (driven wheel). Adjustment is convenient and fast with strong load-bearing capacity.
3. The main shaft driving system consists of high-power high-precision servo motors with powerful torque. The detected winding turns can be accurate to 0.1 turn. It supports reverse turn reduction upon machine stop to guarantee precise total winding turns.
4. The electric control system adopts PLC together with a 7-inch full Chinese touch screen HMI (Kinco brand).
5. Winding speed: stepless speed regulation from 0–130 rpm; supports automatic operation or manual speed adjustment.
