KX-7001T Automatic Single-Pressure Tapping Machine
Automatic Single-Pressure Tapping Machine Overview
The KX-7001T Automatic Single-Pressure Tapping Machine is a compact, benchtop industrial wrapping workstation purpose-built for high-speed insulation tape application across circular cores, small transformers, and magnetic sub-assemblies. Developed to streamline light-to-medium insulation workflows, this specialized taping unit replaces slow hand-wrapping routines with a reliable, continuous mechanical binding cycle that ensures uniform layer overlap and tight dielectric shielding.
The mechanical architecture of the KX-7001T is built around a single-pressure spring dampening system that maintains constant surface tension on the supply tape throughout the rotation cycle. Capable of processing a versatile range of industrial tape widths from 5 mm to 30 mm, the machine features fully adjustable vertical positioning mechanics to accommodate varying component heights. Operating on a single-phase 220V / 60Hz electrical supply, the KX-7001T provides power component manufacturers with a low-maintenance, high-efficiency insulation packaging cell that eliminates tape slippage, reduces operator fatigue, and accelerates daily floor-level assembly yields.

Advantages
- Single-Pressure Mechanical Spring Tension System
The tape payout assembly utilizes a calibrated spring-pressure dampening mechanism that exerts uniform tracking force against the tape spool. This simple, effective design prevents tape slack, mitigates film stretching, and guarantees smooth material deposition on circular or non-uniform core perimeters.
- Flexible Variable-Height Tape Alignment Mechanics
The guiding head incorporates a quick-adjust height indexing platform that accommodates tape rolls from 5 mm up to 30 mm in width. Floor technicians can easily calibrate the vertical tape trajectory to match specific coil heights, providing precise edge coverage without edge-folding or uneven material accumulation.
- Streamlined Low-Maintenance Industrial Build
Engineered with minimal moving wear parts and an intuitive mechanical drive, the KX-7001T significantly reduces daily service overhead. The robust enclosure shields internal components from shop-floor dust and debris, ensuring long-term operational reliability during continuous shift manufacturing.
- Energy-Efficient 220V/60Hz Electrical Architecture
Configured specifically for standard 220V/60Hz power grids, the workstation offers drop-in compatibility for global manufacturing floors. Its low power draw and compact benchtop layout allow factory managers to optimize workspace utilization and easily integrate the machine into existing coil assembly lines.
Automatic Single-Pressure Tapping Machine Instruction Manual
Automatic Tapping Machine Instructions:
1. When the emergency stop button is pressed, the machine stops running, and allother buttons become inactive. Pressing the start button a second time after theemergency stop button has reset will reset the machine; pressing it a second timewill start the machine.
2. After pressing the jog button, pressing the start button will initiate a single-stepoperation; that is, pressing the start button once will initiate one action.
Touchscreen Screen Introduction:

1. Selecting "Manual Screen" switches the display to the manual screen, typicallyused during system setup.
2. Selecting "General Settings" switches to the system settings screen.
3. Advanced settings are not used.
Manual Adjustment:

General Settings Screen

1. Starting Angle: This refers to the direction from which the tape should beginapplication after the product is loaded into the fixture. Angles are available in 0°,90°, 180°, and 270°(rotatable).
2. Stop Angle: This refers to the direction from which the tape should be cut andapplied after the tape has been applied. Angles are available in 0°, 90°, 180°,and 270°(selectable).
3. Tape Number of Coating Turns: The touchscreen allows setting 0-10 turns.Generally, the set number of turns should be one turn less than the actual number ofturns.
4. Press the Home button to return to the machine's main motion page.
5. Axis Setting: See the next page for details.
Axis Setting Screen:

1. Axis setting password: 8848.
2. Use the jog function (either forward or reverse) to rotate the axis. Once the axisreaches the desired position, click "Load and Save Standby Position".
3. Axis 0: Rotary axis rotation.
4. Axis 1: Downward axis rotation.
