The KX-9500E Electric Toroidal Coil Hooking Machine is a compact, multi-axis automated benchtop workstation purpose-engineered for high-speed, heavy-wire crochet winding on small-aperture toroidal magnetic components. Designed to replace labor-intensive manual hook winding routines, this high-precision platform automates the complex pulling and clamping actions required to process heavy magnet wire through restricted core windows down to custom micro-apertures.

The structural frame of the KX-9500E is constructed from structural industrial aluminum profiles paired with precision-machined steel core tooling to ensure maximum mechanical rigidity under continuous load. Driven by an integrated industrial controller and a fully automated AC servo system, the machine replaces manual mechanical levers with a software-governed electric clamping fixture. Operating at high speeds up to 400 hook cycles per minute, the system processes heavy wire diameters from 0.5 mm to 2.5 mm within a compact footprint. The KX-9500E provides component manufacturers with an efficient, ergonomic manufacturing cell that stabilizes coil tension, eliminates operator fatigue, and boosts daily output across common-mode choke, power inductor, and instrument transformer production lines.

1. Novel appearance and reasonable structure. Components are processed with high-quality steel, and the frame is made of popular industrial aluminum profiles.
2. Equipped with industrial control hardware and fully automatic servo drive. The clamping fixture is opened/closed by servo motor, replacing manual operation to save labor greatly.

Common-mode inductors, choke coils, three-phase current transformers, thick-wire & small-inner-diameter toroidal transformers and various special toroidal products.

Packaging Material: Carton/Wooden case with foam inside.

2. Wooden case package: For larger scale Eight Spindle Motor Coil Winding Machine ,we have special skilled carpenter, who would make the proper wooden case with exact thickness, density, length. The up arrow ↑marked on the outer wooden case.

Buffer material would be put in the wooden case to prevent crack and shock.
